Birth registered as Theodore Hodgson Webbe. Names of parents at the time of registration are given as Illaesue Faustus Webbe( at the time of Theodore death his father's surname was given as Pascoe Webbe)and Kate Webbe nee Hannah. At the time of Theodore's death his surname was Pascoe Webbe
During 1919 Theodore married Ella Grace West-Lau in Victoria. Name used at the time of marriage was Theodore Hodson Pascoe-Webbe
