Private Percy Raymond Robb (Service No:V170337) enlisted in the ACMF on 12 July 1941 with 2 Brigade Group - graded Cook. Private Robb served in the Northern Territory (11 September 1943 - 30 August 1944) with 6 Infantry Battalion and was attached to 58/59 Infantry Battalion on 23 December 1944 when he embarked with his Unit from Townsville for Torokina on board the Duntroon. Private Robb served in Bougainville with 27 and 8 Infantry Battalions and was attached to 23 Infantry Brigade on 12 April 1946 when he embarked with his Unit from Fauro Island (Solomons) for Sydney. Private Robb was attached to 23 Infantry Brigade at Discharge on 4 June 1946. Siblings Leo and John also served in WWII.

Percy was born in Colac, Victoria in 1917, sixth of seven children of Angus Robb (b1883 in Garvoc, Victoria) and Rose Westwood (b1883 in Birregurra, Victoria). Angus (a Labourer) and Rose married in 1903 in Colac, and lived in Gerangemete, Yea and Carpendeit, where they raised their family and Angus was a Labourer and Farmer - Angus was President of the Carpendeit Cricket Club in the 1930s.

Percy worked as a Farm Labourer in Bungador via Stoneyford, Colac before enlisting in the Army in 1941. Following his Discharge, Percy returned to Bungador, where he was a Farm Labourer. In 1961 in Colac, Percy married Helen Jean Spokes - the couple lived in Bungador and Larpent, where thye raised their family and Percy was a Farmer. Percy and Helen separated in the mid 1970s, and Percy remained in Larpent where he was a Farmer. Percy died in 2005.
