9 Aug 1942:	Imprisoned El Alamein, 4 Nov 1942 Internment Camp 106 Italy. 16 Dec 1943 Transferred to Stalag 8B Germany.
19 Sep 1945:	Discharged Australian Military Forces (Army WW2), Private, WX5438, 2nd/28th Infantry Battalion

Harmon was the son of William Lawrence Webber (1887-1949) and Elizabeth Skilling Harmon (1877-1969) from Waggrakine, Geraldton.

He was married to Jessica Clara Giles (1916-1988) from Geraldton, Western Australia.
