"THE LATE GUNNER H. S. CONWAY.
Gunner H. S. Conway was the son of Mrs. B. E. Dawson, of Mount Compass. He celebrated his twenty-first birthday on May 1 of this year and was killed on September 3. He was born in Carrieton, but most of his early life was spent in Jamestown, where he was highly respected and made many friends.
