"...4210 Private John Hubert Hoare, 13th Reinforcements, 14th Battalion, of Mount Egerton, Vic. Pte Hoare enlisted on 17 July 1915 and embarked from Melbourne aboard HMAT Demosthenes on 29 December 1915. He returned to Australia on 28 March 1919." - SOURCE (www.awm.gov.au)
