Richard Christopher Cloak
Born Dublin Ireland in 1888/89 lived in Petersons lane Townsend street Dublin and then Poolebeg street Dublin
Richard left home in 1905 at the age of 16 and joined the Merchant Navy,
He joined the 30th Battalion in Sydney in 1916 aged 27
Embarked for France on board HMAT Anchises he was wounded twice and survived
to be demobed in 1919 he sailed the World for a few years and setteled down in the Bristol area of England,
Richard was my father's eldest brother and I understand he passed away in 1974
I would like to hear from any of his family who are still living in England.
