Son of Charles Rogers Vincent and Elizabeth Sarah Vincent nee Fulwood of Aberville Road, Clapham Park, London, England later of LIverpool, England.

Commenced return to Australia on 18 January 1919 aboard HT Margha disembarking on 5 March 1919 at Melbourne for onward travel to Sydney.
