Biography

Rupert Ernest WINCEN was born in Charters Towers, Queensland on 31st May, 1898

His parents were John Henry WINCEN & Sarah Annie HARVEY who married in Queensland on 3rd November, 1887

He married Sarah Elizabeth PINK in Queensland on 15th June, 1921

Rupert served in both WW1 and WW2 and died in Cairns on 6th March, 1949
