OBITUARY
The death occurred at his home in Grace street, Malvern, yesterday morning, of Mr. Ronald Peck, aged 41 years. He was the second son of Mr. Arthur Peck, architect, of Alma road, Caulfield, and the late Mrs. Peck. Mr. Peck, who was educated at Melbourne Grammar School, was seriously wounded and gassed at Messines while serving with the 29th Battery, 8th Brigade, Field Artillery, in the Great War.
Until about two years ago Mr. Peck was employed by the Lothian Publishing Co. Pty. Ltd., but ill health caused by his war injuries led to his retirement. Mr. Peck is survived by a widow, three sons, two brothers—Messrs. Hugh and John Peck— and one sister, Miss O. Peck. The funeral will leave his former residence to-day, at 11 a.m., for the St. Kilda Cemetery.
