Vincent Robert Marshall – QX3060/VX91635 – Wooroolin WW11 Honour Board
Vincent Robert Marshall, born 19 Jan 1913 at Nhill, Vic, enlisted in the Australian Army at Maryborough, Qld on 3 Nov 1939 and looks as though discharged in 1941. This army file has been merged with VX91635 when he rejoined the Army on 8 Mar 1943 at Royal Park, Victoria.
Vincent served in New Guinea, Morotai and Japan and was discharged on 11 Mar 1947.
Why he is listed on the Wooroolin WW11 Honour board is a bit of a mystery as he is not on any electoral roll in Qld that I can find nor is Wooroolin mentioned in his files. Thanks for your service Vincent Marshall.
