Son of Thomas Foster of Wellington, Derbyshire, England

On 13 May 1922 Frederick married Kate Rose in the residence of Rev. G.D. Wright of Goodwood Park, SA. Father of Winifred Mary Foster, Olive Grace Foster and Gladys Jean Foster

At the time of death he was residing at 13 Prince Street, Alberton, SA

Returned to Australia on 21 December 1919 aboard HT Port Napier
