900 Private Alfred Baldwin of Whroo near Rushworth Victoria. Alf worked at the post office in Rushworth. He was 23 years of age when he died near Fishermans Hut. Alf Baldwin’s three brothers Robert, George and James Baldwin all enlisted in the AIF later in the war. Alf Baldwin was one of 3 Rushworth volunteers who died near the landing boats of the 7th Battalion on 25 April 1915.
