Joseph William Anderson
Joseph Anderson was my father-in-law. He grew up on the family farm in Echunga, and went to school there also. After the war Joe spent time and worked in the area around Robe where he met and later married Myrtle (Potter). They settled back in Echunga on the family farm where they raised one daughter and three sons, (one child only surviving three months).
Joe was wounded in WWI and by the time I knew him he was a TPI pensioner. now living in the Echunga Township.
Joe later married Ivy (Slater)
