Son of Arthur Davies Vince and Margaret Ann Vince nee Kirk of Johnson Street, Collie, WA.

Commenced return to Australia on 18 July 1919 aboard HT Takada disembarking on 29 August 1919

Medals: British War Medal, Victory Medal

During 1932c William married Maureen Ignatius O'Connell in Perth, WA
