Husband of Sarah Oliver nee Hull of Harbor Street, Darling Harbor, NSW. Frederick and Sarah married in Sydney, NSW on 3 September 1914 and separated during 1920c.
Previously he had served for twelve years with the Royal Marines Light Infantry
