Son of Charles Owens and Anne Owens nee O'Connor of Kilmore, Victoria.
During 1905 Patrick married Annie Cook in Perth, WA.
Next of kin given as his son Charles Henry Owens C/- of State Childrens Department, Murray Street, Perth, WA
Later changed to his sister Mary Phelan of Cottesloe Beach, WA
Commenced return to Australia on 3 March 1919 aboard HT Euripides disembarking on 10 April 1919
