"...Major E A K Hudson, of the 1st Australian Light Horse Brigade and his horse Tango, at Deiran on the Philistine Plain. Maj Hudson was awarded a Distinguished Service Order in April 1918. He died of pneumonia in Palestine on 27 October 1918." - SOURCE (www.awm.gov.au)
