He was 23 and the son of Peter Henry and Jane FRASER, 74 Kilcarrig Street, Bagenalstown, County Carlow, Ireland, sometime of Paulstown, Kilkenny, lreland.

His eldest brother served with British Army . His brother Gunner Thomas Fraser, Service Number 140251 was Killed in Action 1st May 1918 whilst serving with 70th Siege Battery of the Royal Garrison Artillery (Served as DILLON).His brother Martin also of the Royal Garrison Artillery, was wounded and gassed April 1918. His uncle William Fraser was killed in action 1915.
Peter is remembered on the Carlow Great War Memorial which stands in Leighlinbridge Memorial Garden, Milford Street, Leighlinbridge, County Carlow.
