Next of kin was given as his brother T O'Houlihan, Traffic Department, Railways, Te Knite, NZ. Later changed to his wife Ruby O'Houlihan nee Delmar of Exmoor House, Saville Street, London, England. Patrick and Ruby married during July 1917 in the Registry Office, West End, London, England
