Roy James Moorcroft O'Neill
Roy had the following family members. Father William John James O'Neill Mother Emily Ann Poppenhagen siblings Vivian O'Neill, Florence O'Neill, Lillian O'Neill, Myra O'Neill and Roy O'Neill. Two siblings died as infants. Hector and Leonard O Neill.The family lived at Singleton for a while then moved to Sydney. Roy was underage when he enlisted in the Great War. Roy was a very gifted violin player. His sisters Myra and Lillian kept the government booklet of his death. This booklet lists those who died close to the same day of his death. This booklet never left the family. Roy has never been forgotten by his family.
