James Saltau

Residence 18 Princess Street North Williamstown Victoria 3016.

Initial enlistment in the CMF part time duty as V180577 at Yarraville Victoria 

Mobilsed for full time duty with the CMF from 12th February 1942 with 2nd Infantry Brigade Defence Platoon.

Transferred to the 6th Infantry Bn AIF in WA for duty and allocated  service number VX 131356

Found medically unfit (class B2) for further service in the AIF and transferred back to the CMF on 21st October 1943.

Discharged as V180577 at 3MD. Unit on Discharge 2nd Infantry Brigade Defence Platoon.
