Son of William O'Toole and Mary O'Toole nee Seadon of Beaconsfield, Tasmania.
Husband of Lilian O'Toole nee Fisher of Kings Street, Hammersmith, London, England. Charles and Lilian married on 22 September 1917 in the Reigistry Office, Hammersmith, London. Registrar H. Nickolls officiated.
Commenced return to Australia on 10 April 1919 aboard HT Medic disembarking on 31 May at Melbourne for onward travel to Hobart.
