From Roll of Honour Circular states:-
Arrived in Australia, 1901. In 1904 my brother had the unique experience of walking unaccompanied from Perth, Western Australia to Wyndham in North West Western Australia and had many more experiences with natives. He was engaged in pearl fishing and mining and was for a short time in Singapore. He died a few hours after he was wounded and was buried at sea. Details from Sister.
