Husband of Johanna Bertha Cooper nee Cough of Hodaway Road, London, England. Frank and Johanna were married on 22 June 1918 in the St. Georges Church, Fufnell Park, Islington, England

Next of kin was originally given as his daughter Edna Bertha Cooper of Kennedy Terrace, Red Hill, QLD

Commenced return to Australia n 31 January 1919 aboard Turkian to America where he connectec with Sonoma on 4 March 1919 to complete his return to Australia at his own expense disembarking on the 15 April 1919
