Next of kin later changed to his wife Millicent Osborne of Fanny Road, Alumrock, Birmingham, England

Commenced return to Australia on 30 January 1918 aboard HT Euripides disembarking on 23 February 1918 at Melbourne for onward travel to Brisbane.
