Father was Alfred Pearce, born in Randwick, Gloucesteershire, England and Hannah (Whitby) Pearce born in Norfolk, Suffolk England.  They were married at Cassilis, NSW. AUS.  His father died before the war, and Francis listed his occupation as bushman.  His will left all he had to a Miss  Millie Stevens, Tattersalls Hotel, Casino NSW.
