Son of Thomas Stanford of 27 North Parade, Horsham, Sussex, England; husband of Florence Louise (nee Gaze) Stanford. Thomas and Florence were married on the 11 January 1917 in the Epsom Registry Office by the Registrar A.E. Pearman
