Robert Venters JUBB was born in Brisbane, Queensland on 27th August, 1922

His parents were Norman Venters JUBB * May Lydia MASON who married in Sydney in 1915

He married Florence Katherine NEWTON in the Anglican Church of England Chapel in Brisbane on 5th March, 1946

He enlisted in the RAAF on 18th July, 1942 & was discharged on 31st August, 1945

Robert was awarded the DFC (Distinguished Flying Cross)

He died on 21st January, 2022 at the age of 99 years and is buried in the Warwick General Cemetery in Queensland

His brother William Hiles Venters JUBB (SN QX6244) was Killed in Action in Egypt on 28th October, 1942
