REV. JOHN SCOTT-MACDONALD DIES
The Rev. John Scott Macdonald, 69. of Scots Church, Clayfield, and languages master at the Brisbane Boys' College, died last night.
In 1912 he was Moderator of the Presbyterian Church in Queensland. Several years ago Mr. Macdonald contributed the literary leaders of The Courier and later The Courier-Mail. For some time he had been a lecturer for the Workers' Educational Association. He Is survived by his widow, three sons, and two daughters. Two sons, Major O. Macdonaldand Capt. G. Macdonald, are serving with the Australian Army Medical corps. The funeral will take place at 10 a.m. to-morrow from St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church.
