Met is wife through the war

705 Gunner, Robert Hozack was wounded in action during WW1 and sent to Hospital for treatment and recovery. He received a care package from Australia with some socks in it and found a small note with a name and address (Betsy Ryan of Loch in Victoria).
Robert and her corresponded for the duration of the war and on his return to Australia in 1919 he travelled from his home in Sydney to Loch and met and married Betsy Ryan, they had 3 boys Robert John Hozack, Harold Walton Hozack and Ronald Joseph Hozack (my Father)
