Gustave Adolph Kluge was born on approximately the 30th of January 1892. Mother was Clara Kluge and the father deceased. He was not married neither did he have any kids. Gustave's religion was Methodist. His occupation was as a labourer. On the 30th of July 1915 at the age 23 he enlisted as a private. He embarked from Adelaide, South Australia, on board of HMAT A24 Benalla on 27 October 1915. He was in the 10th Battalion, 11th Reinforcement and transferred to the 59th Battalion. Gustave's age at death was 24.
