On 1 November 1936 Glen signed a Statuatory Declaration stating that his correct name was David James Fry. Son of William Fry and Harriet Daniels formerly Fry of Balmain, NSW
During 1920c he married Beryl B. Gratton in Balmain North, NSW
Commenced return to Australia 8 November 1918 aboard HT Gaika disembarking on 31 December 1918
