David Isaacs also served as CQMS of 23rd Machine Gun Company, 3rd Machine Gun Battalion at the Battle of Mont St Quentin (and Peronne) in late September/August 1918, when he was recommended for the Military Medal. He was also awarded the Meritorious Service Medal for his other service. Some of his records are contained under 505A in addition to 505.
