Thomas Daly MUGLISTON was born in Hobart, Tasmania in 1892

His parents were Henry Boyes MUGLISTON & Fanny DALY 

He enlisted in Liverpool, NSW on 27th July 1915 and embarked from Sydney on the HMAT Ballarat on 6th September, 1915 with the 20th Infantry Battalion, 5th reinforcements

He suffered severe gun shot wounds in Pozieres in August, 1916 & died of lobar pneumonia on 1st December, 1916 in Boulogne, France
