Accused that on or about the 09/10/11 May 1916 at Cairo, he feloniously assaulted Ibrahim Bathan Sauklel, and stole 19 x 50-Piastre notes.
On 29 May 1916 Court martial for charge of Robbery with Violence, c/s 7 years - reduced by 4 years (remissions) balance to be served in Boggo Road Gaol, Brisbane, Qld.
