Herbert Alexander MOUAT was born in Cowwarr, Victoria on 27th August, 1888

His parents were Thomas MOUAT & Hannah HIBBS

He married Robena Mary May KERR in Victoria in 1911 - two known children

1. Joyce Florence  b. 1913

2. Herbert Verdun b. 1916
