Fredrick Eig of Barringun NSW; brother of Frederick Charles Eig who was killed in action on 2 July 1917 while serving with the 42nd Battalion; John Eig who returned to Australia on 7 September 1919 having served with the 26th Battalion and Leslie Joseph Eig who returned to Australia on 23 July 1918 having served with the 15th Battalion.
