Another Mellor from Red Hill
My grandfather, Charles Roger Williams, from Taunton, Massachusetts, served in Europe in World War I with the U.S. Navy. While on a voyage home after the war ended, he went ashore on January 11, 1919, at Ferrol, Spain, where he met someone named A. Mellor whose address was Wellington Road, Red Hill, Queensland. I have a journal in which my grandfather described a conversation with A. Mellor. I would like to find out more about him. Perhaps he was related to Frank William Mellor, as he was from Red Hill.
