OBITUARY
FREDERICK WILLIAM WHITE
A well-known identity of the North East, Mr. Frederick White, died in the Launceston General Hospital on Friday last at the age of 74 years. He leaves a wife and daughter Pat (Mrs H. Savage) and one grand-daughter. The late Mr White spent many years on the North East in the hotel business, chiefly at Derby and Scottsdale, and was known to a wide circle of friends. He served overseas in the first World War. The funeral will take place at Carr Villa this 
afternoon.
