Son of Mr J J Corr, Raglan Parade, Warnambool, Victoria
Prior to enlisting in WWI he was teaching at School No 690 Illowa, Vic.
Word has been received by Mr. J. J. Corr, Raglan Parade, Warrnambool, to the effect that his son, Pte. Kenneth Lindsay Corr, had been gassed in France, but was happily on the recovery in England. Pte. Corr, after passing through the officers' school and qualifyng for a cominssion, in stead of waiting for the appointment, chose to join the dispatch service, and it was while carrying out his duties in this Department that he was gassed.
