Thomas Lloyd
Thomas was an Englishman who Joined on August 22nd 1914 ,
initially posted as Driver to 3rd Field Ambulance .
Later in Egypt for whatever reason transferred to the 9th Bn .
A first day lander at Gallipoli on the 25th , he was evacuated 2 days later with a bayonet wound to the left buttock .
His service record shows him repatriated to Australia in 1916 .
Died in Brisbane in 1972 .
