Son of David Orr and Christine Elizabeth Orr of Abercrombie Street, Redfern, NSW.
Commenced return to Australia on 1 july 1919 aboard HT Karmala but failed to re-embark at Fremantle on 10 August 1919 later signing a confession on 11 May 1920 at Sydney admitting that he ha deserted
Not eliglible for medals due to desertion
