His parents were James RINGROSE & Kate MINIHSN who married in Sydney in 1885
He married Mary Ann Dorothea MARSH in Temora, NSW in 1919
He served in both WW1 and WW2

1. Joseph Martin RINGROSE (SN 3910) 17th Infantry Battalion - Killed in Action in France on 26th July, 1916
2. Charles Vincent RINGROSE (SN 3355) - returned to Australia in 1917
3. Patrick Joseph RINGROSE (SN 967) - returned to Australia in 1918
