John Nicholas Fraser ARMSTRONG was born in Ealing, London, England on 17th April, 1878

His parents were John ARMSTRONG & Mary Susannah INNES who married in England in 1870

His served with the British Forces during WW1 - last rank was Major with the 128th Field Company, Royal Engineers

He was Killed in Action on 5th July, 1916 and is buried in the Fricourt British Cemetery
