Parents: - John (Jack) Joseph Duggan and Ethel Dora Solly-Flood married 27th January 1891 in Crossabeg, County of Wexford, Ireland.
Died at a 10th Casualty Clearing Station (Field Hospital) from shrapnel wounds to the thigh received on the Menin Road while serving as a medic during the 3rd "Battle of Ypres".
