Son of Robert Voyer and Clara Ann Voyer nee Scott of 'Waratah', Southport Street, Leederville, WA formerly of Normanby Place, West Richmond, Victoria.
Brother of Charles Herbert Clyde Voyer wh oreturned to Australia having served with the Australian Navla & Military Experditionay Forces and Robert Benjamin David Voyer who returned to Australia on 6 August 1915 having served with the 16th Battalion.
Commenced return to Australia on 15 October 1917
