Next of kin was given as a friend Mrs frances Molloy of Oriental Hotel, Queen Street, Bendigo, Victoria

Returned to Australia on 15 April 1915 on Board HT Ulysses for discharge due to disciplinary reasons 

Commenced return to Australia on 16 March 1918 aboard HS Wandilla as wounded disembarking on 22 May 1919
