May 1916 - POLICE COURTS : HOBART.
At the City Police Court yesterday, before the Mayor (Alderman A L. H, Macleod), Inspector Bain prosecuting, Roy Butler, 35 years, labourer, was fined 10s. for disturbing the peace by fighting in Liverpool-street. A returned soldier was charged with using bad language, and was discharged with a caution.

BUTLER.-On September 8, 1916, at the Hobart General Hospital, Private Roy Butler, A.I.F., dearly beloved husband of Mary Butler, 278 Macquarie-street, and seventh son of Minnie and the late Frederick Butler, in the 25th year of his age.
