On the 10th September 1960, Driver Thomas Griffith Pritchard, 1st Australian Divisional Train, Australian Army Service Corps (Reg No-16055), sanitary carter from Victoria Street, Kurri Kurri, New South Wales, was laid to rest at Minmi Cemetery, age 72. Left Hand Side, Section 12, Plot 046.

Born at Minmi, New South Wales on the 16th September 1887 to Griffith, died 30.9.1926, Wallsend Hospital, N.S.W., age 71, buried at Right Hand Side, Section 17, Plot 023, from Maitland Road, Minmi, New South Wales (1917) and Wallsend Road, Minmi, N.S.W., and Louisa Mathilda (Matilda) Pritchard nee Perry, died 24.3.1908, Minmi, N.S.W., age 40, mother of 4 sons, sleeping at Right Hand Side, Section 17, Plot 023; husband of Sarah Jane Pritchard nee Evans, married 1908, Minmi, N.S.W., died 2.2.1959, Wallsend or Minmi, N.S.W., age 68, mother of 6?, sleeping at Left Hand Side, Section 12, Plot 046, from Maitland Road, Minmi, New South Wales (1917), Tom enlisted on the 18th October 1917 with the Australian Army Service Corps, age 30 years 1 month, at Kurri Kurri, N.S.W.

Mr. Pritchard’s name has been inscribed on the Minmi Roll of Honour and the Minmi St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church Roll of Honour. Name not inscribed on the Kurri Kurri War Memorial.
