that Lieut. George Pringle, of the Northumberland Fusiliers and formerly of the Western Australian Bank, Fremantle, expects to leave shortly for Germany, the Northumberland Fusiliers (The Fighting Fifth) having been selected as one of the divisions of occupation. Lieut. Pringle is the only son of Mrs. Pringle, of the Money Order Branch, Fremantle
28 Sept 1945 - Mr George Pringle, manager of
the Highlands-Lowlands Rubber Estate, Klang, Federted Malay tates, and his cousin, Mr Oswald Haines, of Salama, Perak, Federated Malay States, are safe and well. Both had been interned in the Syme Road Camp, Singapore, since 1942. They are proceeding to Eagland to join their families. Mr Pringle is the son of Mrs L. M. Ridge, of Margaret River.
